Job Summary Experience the best office in the world teaching Snowsports to guests of all ages. Instructors will deliver quality ski instruction to groups and individuals, providing world-class guest service in a safe and fun environment. Job Specifications Starting Wage: $20.00/hr Pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may have opportunities to earn more with additional teaching incentives Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 Shift Type: Part Time hours available. For Full-Time Instructors, a 40-hour workweek is not guaranteed. Scheduled hours will vary depending on business volume. Minimum Age: At least 16 years of age Housing Availability: No Job Responsibilities Teach group and private lessons Work with guests of all ages, with a focus on children Deliver world-class guest service Create a safe and fun learning environment Support all needs of the snow sports school: inclusive of scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, fitting equipment Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers Other duties as assigned Job Requirements Must be comfortable and competent skiing on groomed blue terrain Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older Must be able to communicate fluently in English Must be willing to work weekends/holidays and meet minimum scheduling requirements. Must be comfortable being in ski boots for extended period of time Placement as an instructor is contingent upon successfully completing training and meeting the minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards. As a Non-Certified Ski Instructor, you have the ability to be a flexible employee who works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one-resort mentality which could include: Lift Experience Mountain Activities Food and Beverage Support Base Area Operations Retail Rental Operations Additional Requirements for Hires Under Age 18 Submission of a Parental Consent Form upon hire, along with other applicable documents required by state law; such as a work permit, physician's note, and/or proof of birthdate.
