Senior Tax Accountant

They are seeking a Senior Tax Accountant who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service, developing technically, and building a long-term career within a collaborative public accounting firm. What You'll Do Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and estates. Ensure client compliance while identifying tax planning opportunities to minimize current and future tax liabilities. Conduct tax research and prepare technical memorandums and client correspondence. Assist with ASC 740 (FAS 109/FIN 48) tax provisions and tax accrual engagements. Work closely with Tax Managers, Directors, and Partners on complex tax engagements. Develop strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service. Mentor and support junior staff while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Utilize tax preparation, research, and workflow software to maximize engagement efficiency. Qualifications Required Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting 3+ years of public accounting tax experience Experience preparing individual and business tax returns Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills Preferred CPA or actively pursuing CPA certification Master\'s degree in Accounting or Taxation Experience with UltraTax, GoFileRoom, GoSystem RS, or similar tax software Why Join?
