The Role

The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat a broad outpatient caseload including:

• Orthopedic and post-surgical conditions
• Neurologic diagnoses
• Balance and vestibular disorders
• Spine and mobility impairments
• Sports and overuse injuries

Therapists are encouraged to collaborate closely with colleagues, think critically, and build meaningful patient relationships while developing individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes and long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
• Develop individualized plans of care
• Deliver evidence-based outpatient physical therapy interventions
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment progression and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Participate in mentorship, quality initiatives, and professional development
• Support a positive and collaborative clinic environment

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in New Hampshire
• Massachusetts licensure or eligibility preferred
• New graduates and experienced clinicians encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule

• Full-time outpatient position
• Two evening shifts per week required unless otherwise approved
