Withlacoochee River Electric Cooperative is one of the largest electric cooperatives in the US with over 281,000 members and over 12,000 miles of energized lines. WREC's service area is located along Florida's Nature Coast in Pasco, Hernando, and Citrus counties and is conveniently situated between Tampa, Orlando, and the gulf beaches. Scheduled work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer incoming calls in a prompt, courteous and efficient manner ensuring that calls are properly completed.
Resolve billing questions and/or complaints.
Process customer payments.
Data entry relating to customer files, i.e., address changes, service requests, Capital Credits, and all other associated data entry requests.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Proficiency in written and oral communication skills.

• Customer Service experience.

Computer and keyboarding skills
