Prepared Meals and Rotisserie Chicken Associate Location: Latham, NY Compensation: $18.00 - $26.00/hr* Full-time, shifts may vary. Position Summary Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organizing? Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members, following recipes and ensuring our rotisserie chicken is always warm and ready. We’ll also count on you to properly wrap, label, and store merchandise so members receive the freshest items to take home. You will juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with their bakery orders. Your smile can make the difference between a good shopping experience and a great one. You won’t just prepare fresh food—you’ll help a family have a great meal. What You'll Do Prepare food according to specifications, including fresh food and rotisserie chicken. Wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure freshness. Maintain high-quality products and a clean, sanitized work environment. Monitor temperature control, expiration dates, and dispose of lesser‑quality food. Assist with shelving, zoning, and rearranging merchandise. Use digital tools for production planning and product quality control. Manage inventory, rotate merchandise, and eliminate waste. Provide excellent customer service within company policies. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.
