Perform all phases of set up and operation of machinery to include, but not limited to Break Press Operation.
Responsibilities:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is elevated. Personal Protective Equipment Recommended and/or Required:

Perform all phases of set up and operation of machinery to include, but not limited to Break Press Operation.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate production machinery as required.
- Stay current in TPM and basic mechanical adjustments on all equipment as needed.
- Read and interpret detail drawings and dimension styles
- Update paperwork and reflect any changes
- Must be able to read a tape measure.
- Set work priorities to meet production goals as scheduled.
- Interface with engineering to program machine run and set ups.
- Loads parts in machine, cycles machine, detects malfunctions in machine operations such as worn or damaged cutting tools
- Run production lots, communicate with co-workers regarding productions runs, and maintains safe, organized, and clean work environment
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience operating manufacturing equipment including Break Press.
- Ability to understand fractions and angles.
- Close attention to detail.
- Function with a minimal amount of supervision or no supervision.
- Ability to understand and demonstrate proper operations of Break Press machine.
- Ability to read and use linear and other measuring devices.
- Ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards.
- Fundamental use of various pneumatic and power tools. Familiar with the safe operation of various tools: including but not limited to drills, screw gun, table saw, band saw and routers.
- Ability to use basic mathematics.
- Must have general knowledge of OSHA and EPA standards.
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 40#'s without assistance.
- Ability to work from various squatting, kneeling, or bending positions.
- Ability to work with arms above head.
- Ability to work from step stool.
- Ability to stand at a workstation for ten hours a day (minus specified breaks.)
- Ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards.
- Ability to safely use specified hand, air, power tools, and machinery.
- Ability to operate and understand the operation of all protective safety equipment in the area.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
- Ability to work in noisy and dusty conditions.
