Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• 13-week assignment.
• 5 days a week.
• 8 hours per day.
• 40 hours per week.
• EMR systems: PCC & Net Health.
• Patient population/caseload: Total Beds = 59 | Current Facility Census = 45.
