Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful difference in students’ lives by providing essential occupational therapy services to K-12 learners. This is a contract position covering a maternity leave, beginning in early October and running through the end of March. Your expertise will support students’ growth and help create an inclusive, supportive environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR) license for New Hampshire required
• Previous experience in a school-based setting, working with K-12 students, is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of IEPs, progress monitoring, and therapeutic documentation
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Comfort working onsite in a school environment (remote work is not available for this assignment)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and varying student caseloads
• Self-motivated and able to manage a part-time, contract-based schedule

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students across K-12 in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement individualized interventions
• Document progress and attend meetings as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Collaborate with educators, fellow therapists, and families to foster positive student outcomes
• Share expertise and provide guidance on accommodations, modifications, and classroom strategies
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all relevant policies
