Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Mid 4x8-Hour (14:30 - 23:00); Mid 5x8-Hour (14:30 - 23:00) Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: MN RRT license required (will accept pending, must obtain by start date) Certifications: NBRC RRT, NRP, PALS, ACLS Must-Have: 2 years of NICU/Pediatric RRT experience preferred.

Description: Looking for an RRT to work 14:30 to 23:00 shifts, alternating between 4 shifts one week and 5 shifts the next. Total guaranteed hours per pay period is 72. Weekends are not required. Travelers must be 25 miles away from the facility as local candidates will not be accepted. Candidates with Epic experience are preferred. Physically assist in high-risk deliveries and neonatal transports. Perform procedures such as intubation assist, extubation, and chest physiotherapy. Utilize equipment like BiPAP and high flow nasal cannula. Assist with the administration of medications such as albuterol and racemic epinephrine. Support patients with various respiratory conditions including ARDS and pneumonia. Ensure proper handling of respiratory distress syndrome and RSV patients. Implement and troubleshoot lung support systems effectively. Interpret arterial blood gas results for patient management. Participate in emergency response situations as needed. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to provide the best patient care. Ensure compliance with required documentation and patient charting systems. Adhere to facility policies and procedures throughout the assignment.
