Role Description The Modernization Supervisor is a full-time, onsite role based in Bladensburg, Maryland. The Modernization Manager leads technical staff in modernization projects, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and meets quality standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise modernization tasks and assign daily work Monitor project progress and timelines Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards Mentor and train junior technicians Collaborate with managers to achieve project goals Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical field, or related discipline preferred OR relevant work experience 2-5 Years in Elevator trade industry 2-5 years of experience in modernization or technical project management Strong leadership, planning, and project management skills Location and Travel Role located in office in Bladensburg, Maryland Some travel is required throughout Maryland, Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia areas #J-18808-Ljbffr Axxiom Elevators
