Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community, but around the world.The Facility Designer is responsible for developing a major portion of our project deliverablesFacility programming, report writing, site master planning, developing specifications and construction documentsSelection, coordination and layout of various aspects of design (vehicle maintenance equipment, site flow, etc.)Creating / using Building Information Modeling (BIM) to complete different levels of documentsSubmittal, shop drawing, and RFI reviewConduct construction field observationsOther design / engineering tasks as assignedPreferred Qualifications:Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to effectively work on multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to effectively interact with and present to clientAbility to hand draw conceptual site and building plansExceptional level of accuracy and detailLocal candidates preferred#LI-AG2QualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in architecture, industrial design or relatedCommand of Revit and AutoCAD, and knowledge of SketchUp Command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project) Working knowledge of LOD 300 requirements What We BelieveHDR is our company.
