Housekeeper

Job Details Location: The Enclave – Elizabethtown, KY 42701 Position type: Part Time Salary: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour Shift: Day Housekeeping – Part Time Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, fitness centers, restrooms, and laundry rooms. Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents, ensuring they meet our high standards. Perform daily, weekly, and seasonal cleaning tasks as needed. Restock supplies and report inventory needs. Inspect and ensure all assigned areas are clean, organized, and in good repair. Report maintenance or repair issues promptly to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe and healthy environment. Assist with special projects or community events as needed. Perform physical tasks as required and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a similar role. Detail-oriented with pride in creating spotless spaces. Self-motivated and works efficiently, independently or as part of a team. Friendly and approachable, providing excellent service to residents and coworkers. Reliable and consistent, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
