This role includes managing a case load of up to 25 patients. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of acute care experience. Experience in case management is essential. Travelers may be required to float between similar units based on departmental needs. Weekend work is required every other weekend. The role involves collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with regulations. Cancellations due to shifts in scheduling may lead to restrictions on future assignments. Candidates should be adaptable and willing to learn new systems. References are required prior to the start of the position. Travelers are advised to include all time-off requests during submission.
