Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse Supervisor Location: Benson, NC Our client is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead inventory accuracy and shipping operations for a growing manufacturing team. Responsibilities include: - Ensure the warehouse stays compliant with safety and 5S standards - Monitor and report on manufacturing transactions, including raw material receipts, WIP, and finished goods production - Lead cycle counts and maintain accurate system inventory balances - Coordinate receiving of raw materials, additives, spare parts, and general goods - Review open order reports and schedule carrier pickups - Complete daily, monthly, and quarterly warehouse audits - Prepare shipments and coordinate outbound paperwork - Maintain shipment accuracy using roll tracking and computer-based systems - Enforce FIFO inventory rotation and monitor packaging quality - Track finished goods inventory by line, customer, and item - Supervise shipping/receiving clerks and material handlers - Oversee forklift safety training and daily equipment checks - Prevent nonconforming products from shipping to customers - Keep the warehouse clean and organized using 5S principles Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 2+ years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor - Forklift experience Preferred: - MRP/ERP software experience By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, Al-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Synerfac Technical Staffing and our contracted partners.
