Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with ASD and a strong commitment to evidence-based practices. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals. Provide direct therapy sessions focusing on communication, social skills, and pragmatic language. Collaborate with other professionals (BCBAs, occupational therapists, educators) to ensure integrated care. Train and support families and caregivers in implementing communication strategies at home. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP). Experience working with individuals diagnosed with ASD (preferred). Strong knowledge of AAC devices, PECS, and other communication systems.
