GLOBAL BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGER - FINANCE & CONTROLLING (m/w/d)

Mission We are looking for a Global Business Process Manager – Finance & Controlling (m/w/d) for Dynapac. The role focuses on the main business processes (Finance & Controlling) of SAP S/4HANA and related applications used within Dynapac Product Companies, Customer Centers and Distribution Centers. This is a successor position to the current BPM Finance. Role Overview The BPM will have full understanding and responsibility of a specific domain, create common, harmonised solutions shared by all entities while eliminating irrelevant applications and other solutions currently in use, and streamline end‑to‑end processes. The BPM is a key member of the Dynapac IT Team with global responsibility and reports directly to the Head of Enterprise Applications. Profil recherché EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS & KNOWLEDGE Degree in Business Informatics or comparable education or equivalent experience required Experience in implementation of continuous improvement and change management programs Knowledge of the processes in a manufacturing company as well as distribution warehouse and customer centre is a plus Good skills in project management Experience of working in a multicultural environment Good understanding/knowledge of ERP Hands on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA v2023 is an advantage Fluent both spoken and written in English Excellent presentation skills PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS Excellent communication skills, which have a positive impact on others Be able to drive change and motivate other organisations to embrace this change Strong intercultural sensitivity and knowing how to approach people in different cultural environments High customer focus and service orientation Ability and motivation to work independently Strong leadership skills, able to work in a team at all levels Result oriented with a self‑motivating personality Ability to work in a (virtual) global team Eager to learn #J-18808-Ljbffr
