Oncology Chemo Certified Registered Nurse

Required Skills:

Valid RN license and active Oncology Chemo Certification
Minimum of 1 year of recent oncology experience
Epic EMR system experience
Proven ability to manage a patient ratio of 1:7
Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and ONS/ONCC
Strong clinical skills with attention to detail and patient safety
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have Skills:

Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification
Experience in a similar fast-paced oncology setting
Ability to adapt quickly and prioritize patient needs

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Prior experience with chemotherapy infusion and oncology treatments
Familiarity with Epic EMR is a plus

Other Requirements:

Navy blue scrubs required
Shift: Day shift, 5x8-Hour shifts (08:00 - 16:30)
No call, no float, and no weekend requirements
One-year relevant experience mandatory
No travel required; local candidates preferred
Commitment to adhere to all safety protocols and certifications
