What You'll Do

• Provide specialized care to adult leukemia and hematology patients
• Administer chemotherapy and manage infusion therapies
• Monitor telemetry including interpretation of dysrhythmias
• Maintain infection prevention and fall prevention protocols
• Care for centrally inserted lines (PICC, peripheral, and other lines)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient progress using EPIC electronic charting system

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license and Chemo Certification
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience with MS/Tele and telemetry monitoring
• Proven skills in IV therapy, blood product administration, and line management
• Minimum of 2 years of overall nursing experience; inpatient hematology/oncology preferred
• Ability to self-schedule and adapt to rotating day/night shifts
