Our client needs a Software Engineer II to join the Frontier AI remediation initiative to help identify, troubleshoot, and resolve outstanding application vulnerabilities and technical issues across a portfolio of existing applications. This is primarily an on-premises .NET environment, with a strong emphasis on C#, SQL, and application remediation rather than new feature development.
Key Responsibilities
- Remediate vulnerabilities and outstanding technical issues across existing applications.
- Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain applications using C# and .NET.
- Work with both .NET Framework and .NET Core applications.
- Query and work with SQL databases to support application remediation.
- Work with existing MVC and web-based applications.
- Collaborate with development and technical teams to resolve security and application issues.
- Support applications through remediation and deployment processes.
- Work within existing GitHub and CI/CD environments as applicable.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot when available.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years strong hands-on C# / .NET development experience.
- Experience with .NET Framework and/or .NET Core.
- Experience working with SQL/SQL Server.
- Ability to troubleshoot and modify existing applications.
- Strong understanding of software development and application remediation.
