Your Role as a Fleet Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities as a Fleet Maintenance Technician:

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Conduct detailed vehicle inspections to ensure safety and operational performance
• Repair and replace components including brakes, steering systems, suspension, and other critical vehicle systems
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, repair orders, and service documentation
• Collaborate with fellow technicians and maintenance leadership to meet service schedules and deadlines
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and specialized tools to identify vehicle issues
• Help reduce downtime through proactive maintenance and timely repairs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

What We're Looking for as a Fleet Maintenance Technician:

• Previous experience as a Fleet Maintenance Technician, Automotive Technician, Service Technician, Fleet Technician, or Diesel Technician preferred
• Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair procedures
• Ability to identify mechanical and electrical issues and recommend effective repair solutions
• Experience working on fleet vehicles is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, safety-focused, and self-motivated
• Valid driver's license required
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required
