Key Responsibilities:
- Culinary Excellence: Prepare high-quality meals according to the menu, ensuring every dish delights customers with its taste and timely delivery.
- Case Management: Create healthy and visually appealing dishes for our hot, refrigerated, and non-refrigerated display cases.
- Menu Innovation: Help develop and refine standard recipes that meet company food policies and elevate our culinary offerings.
- Operational Impact: Work toward department goals for sales, margin, and labor costs through smart prep and waste management.
- Sanitation & Safety: Maintain a clean, sanitized work area at all times, demonstrating "deft" movement and safety in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
