As a respected and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Director , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of behavioral health services at Matchly Staffing Solutions. About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Director to oversee the development and implementation of behavioral health programs for our clients. As a key member of our leadership team, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction of our organization and contribute to the growth and success of our team.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the development and implementation of behavioral health programs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Lead a team of Behavioral Analysts, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality services
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and coordinate services for clients
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients
• Maintain accurate and detailed records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, attending trainings and conferences to enhance knowledge and skills
