Shift Leader

Zaxby’s is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily operations in our fast-paced, guest-focused restaurant. In this role, you’ll lead team members during assigned shifts, ensuring excellent customer service, accurate orders, and adherence to food safety and cleanliness standards. You’ll oversee cash handling, opening and closing procedures, and help manage inventory and prep. As a working leader, you will coach and support crew members, resolve guest concerns with Southern hospitality, and model Zaxby’s values while preparing for growth into higher management opportunities.
