Who keeps the culinary team focused on delivering great food? The star of the kitchen of course! As the Cheddar's Culinary Manager, you'll work across all aspects of the restaurant to ensure our high standards of excellence in all areas of business, which includes; food cost and quality, profitability, ordering food & beverages, training and development, safety and sanitation, as well as facilities management. You'll set high standards for your team; coaching them to treat each other with respect. Cheddar's is a lively work environment with a commitment to quality, and it'll be your job to instill and communicate these standards to all team members.
