Position Summary TheTalent AcquisitionCoordinator provides administrative and operational support for theTalent Acquisition function/team and helps deliver an excellentcandidateexperience across thecandidate and new hirelifecycle. This role manages day-to-daypeopleoperations tasks– talent acquisition,onboarding,ATSdata accuracy, employee communications, compliance tracking, and reporting—while supporting a positive, inclusive workplace. Key Responsibilities Coordinate full-cycle onboarding for new hires: prepare offer materials, run background checks, complete new-hire paperwork, set up equipment access, andfacilitateorientation. Prepare standardTAreports and dashboards (turnover, headcount, new hires, diversity metrics) and support ad-hoc analyses. Support recruiting operations: post jobs, screen basic applications, schedule interviews,maintainapplicant tracking system hygiene, and coordinate candidate communications. Serve as a point of contact forTalent Acquisitions; escalate complex issues toTalent Acquisition Leader Support HR projects (process improvements, system implementations, DEI initiatives) and other duties as assigned. QualificationsRequired 2–4 years of experience in HR,Talent Acquisition,or administrative role supportingHRfunctions. Familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems (e.g.,Workable, Rippling) and strong comfort with Excel/Google Sheets. Solid knowledge of employment-related documentation and basic compliance (I-9, W-4, state reporting). Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver tasks ondeadlinein a fast-paced environment. High degree of confidentiality, professionalism, and sound judgment. Qualifications Preferred Associate’sorbachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience in a technology, consulting, or environmental services firm. Exposure to benefits administrationand leavemanagement processes. HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) or working toward certification.
