Purpose As a Senior Strategist, Marketing at Invisible Dynamics, you will play a critical role in shaping marketing and campaign strategies for aspirational brands. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you will analyze cultural insights, consumer behavior, the competitor landscape, and brand context to deliver breakthrough creative strategies that inspire impactful campaigns. Responsibilities Strategic Support Play a central role in shaping campaign projects by providing thoughtful insights and actionable recommendations rooted in brand and marketing strategy. Conduct research and analysis of cultural, consumer, competitor and market trends to build campaign strategies that align with client goals and industry shifts. Collaborate with the Strategy Director and Creative teams to ensure strategic alignment from brief through execution, actively contributing across all phases of campaign development. Be instrumental in creating campaign briefs and strategic deliverables, ensuring outputs inspire creativity and reflect Invisible Dynamics’ innovative approach. Partner with the Strategy Director and Creative leads to integrate strategy with creative ideation, ensuring all campaign concepts are grounded in brand and business rationale. Develop and manage integrated, cut-through marketing plans for campaigns, including actionable steps that reflect client budgets, timelines, and objectives. Client Engagement Collaborate with clients to deeply understand their goals and ensure all campaign strategies meet their needs. Curate insights and ownable actions to create strong foundations for campaign recommendations, staying current on cultural, marketing, and industry trends. Prepare and present strategic recommendations, articulating a cohesive, insight-driven campaign vision to clients. Build and nurture client relationships through consistent communication and delivery of compelling strategic ideas, fostering trust and long-term collaboration. Insight & Growth Leverage cultural, consumer, competitor and market insights to elevate strategic recommendations across all campaigns. Be culture-hungry yourself, bringing new and unique perspectives to campaign development across talent, trends, emerging consumer behaviors. Challenge conventional approaches with innovative, consultative solutions that inspire clients to see new creative opportunities—always rooted in insight and logic. Act as a mentor for junior strategists, offering guidance on research, cultural analysis, and campaign strategy development. Logistical Requirements The Senior Strategist will be based either out of the Los Angeles office with a commitment to in-person collaboration Monday through Thursday and the option to work from home on Fridays or the New York office (remote). The salary range for this role is $130,000-$140,000 annually with medical, dental, vision, life insurance and unlimited PTO.Travel within the US and internationally may be required.
