Marketing Coordinator

Society Mortgage is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the growth and execution of our marketing efforts across digital, social, and internal channels. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and detail-oriented , and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities move quickly and ideas are brought to life. You will play a key role in supporting the Society Mortgage brand , building out content, and executing campaigns that strengthen our presence and drive engagement across multiple channels. Key Responsibilitie Create and manage social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook Develop ready-to-use content and marketing assets, including social posts, templates, and branded graphics Edit and repurpose long-form content (podcasts, videos) into short-form clips for digital use Support the execution of marketing campaigns across email, social media, and landing pages Fulfill day-to-day marketing requests, including flyers, presentations, and social assets, with a strong focus on turnaround time and accuracy Maintain and manage the marketing content calendar and ensure deadlines are met Organize and maintain marketing assets, files, and templates for team use Assist with basic reporting and performance tracking Contribute to building and improving a scalable library of marketing templates and resources Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience) 1–3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management Strong design skills – Canva is required; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus Experience with video editing and repurposing content (Reels, short-form video, etc.) Strong interest in marketing, content creation, and social media Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging content Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Self-starter with the ability to take direction and execute independently Positive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow Why Join Society Mortgage At Society Mortgage, you’ll be part of a growing marketing team that is actively building and evolving the brand.
