Position Overview The PDI Technician is responsible for performing pre-delivery inspections and basic setup on new powersports units to ensure they meet manufacturer standards and AEO’s quality expectations before reaching customers. This role is perfect for someone who is mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and excited to build a career in the powersports world. Key Responsibilities

• Perform pre-delivery inspections on new motorcycles and off-road units
• Assemble and set up new units per manufacturer guidelines
• Check fluids, torque specs, controls, and safety items
• Install basic accessories and components as needed
• Test systems to ensure proper operation
• Maintain clean, organized work areas
• Document completed inspections accurately
• Work closely with Service and Sales to meet delivery timelines

• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Previous motorcycle or powersports experience is a plus (but not required)
• Ability to follow checklists and manufacturer procedures
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to learn and grow within the dealership
• Passion for dirt bikes and motorcycles is a bonus
