Service Technician

Position Overview Ford of Latham is hiring high-level technicians for its high-volume shop. Qualifications High level technicians New York State Inspectors License (preferred) Manufacturer and/or ASE certifications (preferred but not required) Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in auto repair Strong communication and excellent people skills Interest in continuing education Over 18 years old and eligible to work in the US Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record High school graduate or equivalent Benefits and Compensation Estimated annual earning range: $60,000.00 to $150,000.00 (actual pay may vary) Competitive flat rate pay rates Full family medical and dental benefits 401(k) and Stock Purchase Program Paid factory training Pet insurance Employee Stock Purchase Program Information about LITHIA’s comprehensive benefits can be reviewed on our careers site at Additional Information We are a drug free workplace.
