Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships to drive retention and growth, conducting policy reviews and providing recommendations to clients, overseeing the resolution of complex customer issues, and using your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Qualifications include experience in insurance sales or account management preferred, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, willingness to engage in sales conversations, and bilingual Spanish.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year.
