Swimming Pool Repair Technician
We are seeking an experienced Swimming Pool Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing swimming pool systems and structures, and be comfortable working independently or as part of a crew. This is a Seasonal Position.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems)
- Perform plumbing repairs
- Repair or replace tiles, coping, and decking as needed
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in swimming pool repair (residential and/or commercial)
- Strong knowledge of pool plumbing and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Pool operator certification (CPO or equivalent)
- Experience with saltwater systems and automation controls
- Basic masonry or tile repair skills
