Helper Rate: $20.83 per hour

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable female RN to provide morning support for a client who experiences balance issues, mild dementia, and hearing difficulties . She remains largely independent and manages most activities on her own but benefits from additional support to start her day safely and comfortably.

Care Responsibilities

• Help the client get started and organized in the morning
• Provide general supervision and support following her nighttime routine
• Monitor for balance and safety concerns
• Provide companionship and conversation
• Offer gentle reminders and assistance as needed
• Help maintain a calm, structured morning routine

• 7 days per week
• 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Flexible morning schedule

Ideal Candidate

• Active RN license required
• Experience with older adults and dementia preferred
• Comfortable supporting someone with balance and hearing difficulties
• Patient, attentive, and compassionate
• Strong communication skills

This role is best suited for a licensed RN who can provide calm, reassuring morning support while promoting the client's independence , with particular attention to safety, routine, and companionship.
