We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Meadow Falls of Bath. As a valued member of our healthcare family, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
As an LPN at Meadow Falls of Bath, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Performing routine medical procedures, such as taking vital signs and performing wound care
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitoring resident conditions and reporting any changes or concerns to supervising nurses
- Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents
Requirements:
- Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Ohio
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards residents and colleagues
