As a Cable Technician, you'll travel to customer homes installing and servicing telecommunications equipment while providing an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities include:Install, activate, and troubleshoot residential Internet, TV, Phone, and Security servicesDiagnose and resolve service issues efficientlyEducate customers on their equipment and servicesTest signal quality and ensure every installation meets company standardsComplete upgrades, repairs, and preventative maintenanceAccurately document completed work using mobile applicationsMaintain your company vehicle, tools, and inventoryFollow all company safety policies and proceduresContinue developing your skills through ongoing training and certificationsWe're more interested in attitude than experience.
