Position: Urologist
Location: Pendleton, OR
Schedule: Full-Time | Four-Day Work Week

HealthPlus Staffing is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to establish and grow a urology practice in northeastern Oregon. This is an outstanding opportunity for a physician looking to build a thriving service line while enjoying a four-day work week, outstanding compensation, substantial loan assistance, and an exceptional quality of life.

The practice is currently supported by locum tenens physicians, creating an immediate opportunity for the incoming physician to establish a long-term presence and develop a busy practice with strong community demand.

• Full-time employed position

• Four-day work week ( Tuesday–Friday )

• Clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• Urology service currently supported by locum tenens physicians

• Excellent opportunity to establish and grow a long-term urology practice

• Call schedule to be determined as the permanent program develops (no established call group currently)

• Strong referral base with high community demand

• Collaborative multidisciplinary medical staff

• Inpatient EMR: MEDITECH (transitioning to Epic in Spring 2027)

• Provide comprehensive medical and surgical urologic care

• Diagnose and manage a broad range of adult urologic conditions

• Perform office-based and operative urologic procedures

• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide longitudinal patient care

• Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialty providers to coordinate care

• Participate in the development and growth of the regional urology program

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care

• Opportunity to help shape the future direction of the service line

• Base Salary: $562,723.20 – $697,195.20 annually

• Sign-on Bonus: $50,000

• Relocation Assistance: Up to $20,000

• Productivity incentive program

• Loan Repayment Assistance: Up to $250,000

• 30 days of paid vacation annually

• Annual CME Allowance: $7,000

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology residency

• Oregon medical license or ability to obtain

• DEA certification or ability to obtain

• Excellent clinical, surgical, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
