GSE Maintenance Mechanic (A3, 2nd Shift)

GSE Maintenance A3 Mechanic Location: Erlanger, KY hub (CVG airport). The role provides preventative maintenance, daily scheduled work, and urgent repairs on ground support equipment. Key Accountabilities Safety first focused approach to conducting work Possess a full complement of personal hand tools and ability to furnish hand tools up to 1/2" drive Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on assigned equipment and components Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills Utilize hand tools, electrical testing equipment, and computers to diagnose and repair equipment Operate a large assortment of equipment in their job function Wear applicable personal protective equipment and follow lockout/tag out program rules and regulations Detail oriented, self‑starter with a positive attitude Report to work on a regular and timely basis and complete the scheduled workday consistently Understand and interact with a computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) Skills & Qualifications Valid driver’s license Knowledge of service and repair of diesel powered equipment Knowledge of service and repair of mobile HVAC systems Knowledge of service and repair of complex hydraulic systems Knowledge of service and repair of electrical systems Ability to weld Proficiency in reading and comprehending electrical and hydraulic schematics Able to work well individually and in a team setting Strong written and verbal communication skills General knowledge of Microsoft Office Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs regularly Must be able to climb stairs and ladders, frequently at times Must be able to work at heights Must be able to work in hot and cold environments, including inclement weather Must be able to stand for long durations Additional Information Language: Fluent English Location: Erlanger, KY (CVG airport) Location: Cincinnati, OH Travel: Work Authorization DHL Express USA will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
