Content Strategist

Responsibilities Define, test and iterate copy across a variety of touch points and aspects of the customer experience, including voice interactions Anticipate customer needs and write innovative and simplified solutions Use UX best practices, brand guidelines, research and data to establish and evolve scalable copy systems that drive consistency Partner closely with the Product and Tech teams on both long-term projects and short-term needs Develop prompt training resources and evaluation tools for AI products and features Drive the adoption of UX writing tools, frameworks, and guidelines Present and lead conversations about projects, issues, solutions, and product strategy to leadership and stakeholders Requirements 6+ years of Content Strategy, Programming Strategy, and/or Marketing Strategy experience Knowledge of brand design and content marketing trends and best practices The ability to translate customer insights and segmentation data into actionable strategies, plans, and briefs Preferred Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities Experience working in dedicated content or creative strategy role for a creative agency, technology brand, or media company Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the proven ability to present to all levels within an organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
