This is not a traditional HVAC technician role. We are looking for professionals who can diagnose systems, educate homeowners, present repair and replacement options, and help customers make informed decisions. Responsibilities Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems Present repair, replacement, maintenance, IAQ, and membership options Educate homeowners and build customer trust Present financing options when appropriate Generate memberships, repairs, and replacement opportunities Complete ServiceTitan documentation and job records Maintain a professional appearance and clean company vehicle Follow company sales processes, safety standards, and customer service expectations Qualifications 5+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Excellent customer communication skillsComfortable presenting repair and replacement options Clean driving record Ability to pass a background screening EPA Certification preferred ServiceTitan experience preferred Comfort Advisor or residential sales experience preferred Career Growth Sales Track: HVAC Sales Technician → Sales Supervisor → Sales Manager → Senior Sales Manager Service Track: HVAC Sales Technician → Field Supervisor → Service Manager → Operations Leadership If you’re an HVAC professional who can diagnose, educate, build trust, and close opportunities while delivering exceptional customer service, we’d love to speak with you.
