Responsibilities:

• Greets customers as they arrive for service
• Suggest proper service intervals and repairs
• Establish a professional relationship with each client
• Exceed customer expectations
• Follow up and review work orders with every client
• Always wear a smile
• Be prompt and efficient in the role

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a service advisory role
• Knowledge of automobiles
• Positive attitude
• High volume mentality
