Service Advisor/Assistant Service Manager

Arlington Toyota, Jacksonville's largest volume Toyota dealership, is looking for professional Service Advisors looking to grow with our business. We offer successful processes to help you grow and prosper. You will be a part of the process and not just a number. We are looking for a professional Service Advisor working with any car manufacturer or independent shop that wants to be a part of a family and team where your opinions and ideas count.

Our new facility is done. We offer plenty of work, a very aggressive and progressive pay plan with no limitations. We will help you grow and excel with our service department and our management staff has a hands on approach to help you be successful. You must be open minded, forward thinking, customer focused, process oriented and looking for a long term home. If you need a change this is the right place for you.

Responsibilities:

Greets customers as they arrive for service
Suggest proper service intervals and repairs
Establish a professional relationship with each client
Exceed customer expectations
Follow up and review work orders with every client
Always wear a smile
Be prompt and efficient in the role

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience in a service advisory role
Knowledge of automobiles
Positive attitude
High volume mentality
