I’ve been married for 15 years, and my wife and I have four kids who keep life busy and fun outside the office. ROLE DESCRIPTION As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Rick Smith - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities. Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. QUALIFICATIONS Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
