Must have a thorough knowledge of dental billing, insurance PPO/HMO plans, along with Denti-cal.Job Type:Full-time Mon-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm Saturdays 8:00 am -2:00 pmSalary + Benefits + BonusesPay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearBenefits offered:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceFlexible Spending Account401K Retirement PlanEmployee Discounts and PerksVacation and Sick payEndless opportunities to grow within the CompanyMonthly BonusesEmployee Referral Incentive ProgramJob Duties:Oversee daily operations of the dental office, including scheduling, billing, and patient careDevelop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficiencyPresent financial treatment plans and secure case acceptanceMeet monthly production/collection goals.Increase revenue each year & profit; control costs to meet monthly budgetsBoost morale, motivation, and team-building activities for staff.Oversee daily office activities and provide direction and guidance for the team as needed.Collaborate with dentists and other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care for our patientsRespond to patient concerns and issues to influence patient satisfaction.Oversee staff scheduling and coverage.Desired Profile/Background:MUST LOVE WORKING WITH CHILDREN.Minimum 2 years of dental office management experience or 3-4 years of Treatment Coordinating experienceKnowledge of OSHA and HIPAA Compliance StandardsAdvanced knowledge and use of dental terminologyExcellent customer service skills and strong attention to detailExcellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skillsFamiliar with financing such as Care Credit/Lending ClubFamiliar with electronic billing and billing knowledgeKnowledge of Dentrix Ascend is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentClean, neat, professional appearanceMust be available to work some Saturdays
