The Role: Manage and grow your territory by building a strategic plan to expand our presence, increase market share, and develop long-term customer partnerships. Engage with contractors, job sites, and businesses through regular visits, relationship building, and on-site consultations to understand their unique needs. Identify opportunities and close sales by recommending tailored solutions, presenting product offerings, and negotiating agreements that deliver value for both the client and the company. Deliver top-tier customer service by ensuring timely follow-ups, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a high level of professionalism that strengthens trust and loyalty.
