Job TitleMaintenance TechnicianLocationMiddletown, DE | Distribution CenterPay$38.00/hr. + $0.50/hr. shift differential for overnight shiftShift12-hour 2-2-3 schedule – 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM (every other Fri–Sun off)What We OfferPaid vacation and 13 paid holidaysHealth, dental, and vision insurance (after 90 days)401(k) plan with company matchAnnual bonus opportunity (up to 5% based on plant performance)Company contributions to Health Savings Account (HSA)Tuition reimbursement availableFree employee battery program (after 90 days)PPE, uniforms, and safety gear providedOpportunities for skill growth and leadership development in a high-performing maintenance teamRecognition programs and community involvement opportunitiesJob ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing and plant equipment to ensure uptime and safetyPerform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliabilityDiagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues across conveyors, robotics, and production systemsWork safely under Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and other safety protocols; maintain proper use of PPERead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagramsService and repair systems operating at 120V, 208V, and 480VInspect, install, and maintain motors, VFDs, sensors, PLC hardware, and related controlsSet up and operate shop equipment such as lathes, drill presses, grinders, saws, and milling machinesDocument maintenance activities accurately and communicate updates to leadershipCollaborate cross-functionally to resolve downtime issues and support continuous improvementQualificationsMinimum 8 years of industrial maintenance experience requiredJourneyman License preferredStrong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems (480V)Demonstrated experience with PLC troubleshooting, ladder logic, and VFDsHigh school diploma or GED requiredAbility to read and interpret equipment manuals and work ordersBasic computer literacy (CMMS or Maximo experience preferred)Physical ability to stand, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs.), and work at heights when neededWillingness to work overtime and weekends as business demands requireAbout the PlantOur Middletown, Delaware Distribution Center charges, packages, and ships batteries used in cars, boats, and heavy-duty trucks.
