Senior Client Service Associate

To support a growing financial advisory team, the full-time Senior Client Service Associate will deliver exceptional client experiences through proactive relationship management, high-touch service, and expert coordination of client service and operational activities in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage complex account and service requests while acting as a primary point of contact for clients Coordinate client communications and meetings, ensuring efficient operation of the practice Provide advanced administrative support to financial advisors, including onboarding new clients and preparing materials for client reviews Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred 3-5+ years of industry experience, including client-facing roles Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM required Proficiency with Schwab and Fidelity platforms; experience with Pershing preferred Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
