Concessions Stand Attendant (Part-Time)Trail Drive Management Corp (TDMC) is the not-for-profit organization that manages the spectacular Dickies Arena, a 14,000-seat multipurpose venue located adjacent to the Will Rogers Memorial Center campus in Fort Worth, Texas. Owned by the City of Fort Worth, the state-of-the-art arena opened in November 2019 and hosts a variety of events, including concerts, sporting events, family entertainment, and Fort Worth Stock Show rodeo performances.Job Summary:Trail Drive Management Corp (TDMC) is looking for a part-time Concessions Stand Attendant/Cashier. This position is responsible for providing an excellent guest experience by taking food and beverage orders in a timely and efficient manner.Essential Job Functions:Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner.Accurately operate the POS system while serving high volumes of guests at concession stands.Follow all cash - handling and tip - reporting guidelines.Expedite guest food orders efficiently at concession stands or portable locations.Stock products and set up condiment stations, cashier stations, and display baskets.Thoroughly complete all station setup and breakdown responsibilities.Practice proper product control and handle all inventory and equipment responsibly.Partner with team members to ensure consistent food and beverage quality.Assist in preparing food items as needed.Check concessions equipment to ensure proper operation and report issues promptly.Understand and execute responsible alcohol service.Always maintain proper sanitation and food-safety standards, following all health codes and company guidelines.Navigate the arena and any other TDMC-managed locations confidently and assist guests with directions or questions.Help maintain high standards of customer service throughout service periods.Set up, maintain, break down, and clean concessions equipment to ensure proper use.Support other Food & Beverage departments as needed.Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.Previous customer service and cash handling experience is a plusWorks well with others; establishes and maintains effective relationships with fellow workers and supervisorsBasic math and cash handling experienceWork together with co-workers to ensure that guests are always receiving excellent customer service & genuine hospitalityUnderstand and execute responsible alcohol serviceShow knowledge of venue FAQs, including events, parking, and ticketing informationAbility to work a flexible schedule including – nights, weekends, and holidays.Able to communicate effectively with management, guests, and team members.Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.Working Conditions:Employees will work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures.
