B2B Strategy & Operating Model Lead

Job Title: B2B Strategy & Operating Model Lead Location: 100% Remote Contract: 04+ months Description: We’re looking for a senior commercial strategist to design and drive a unified B2B strategy across our ecosystem. Today, B2B partners (fleets, merchants, corporate clients, etc.) are managed across independent lines of business. This role will lead the discovery, design, and implementation planning of a cross-LOB strategy and operating model that improves partner experience, reduces duplication, and unlocks long-term growth. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. What You’ll Own Diagnose current-state B2B strategy, segmentation, and workflows Quantify risks and opportunities across revenue, efficiency, and partner experience Design a shared B2B segmentation model aligned to LTV and strategic value Define clear rules of engagement across Sales, Product, Ops, and Finance Deliver executive-ready operating model recommendations Support decision-making and change management planning What We’re Looking For Deep B2B commercial strategy experience (enterprise GTM, cross-product selling) Experience in operating model and org design Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders Strategic thinker who can zoom out and dive deep when needed #J-18808-Ljbffr RLink Solutions
