If you have an interest in automotive and a desire to develop a career in the industry, apply today!ResponsibilitiesResponsible for service department gross profit generation and departmental expense management.Responsible for managing all open repair orders prioritizing aging repair orders on a daily basis.Assist customers in servicing, repairing and explaining each service need.Understanding customer’s requirements and concerns; matching requirements and concerns to various service options.Conducting weekly department meetings including advisors, techs, cashiers and support staff.Ensuring the team is exceeding the customers expectations with the service being performed. Wages include base salary compensation of between $5,000.00 and $10,000.00.
