Repeat.Greet each client with a warm smile, by their first name, with a handshakeMastering the intake process, gathering client information, developing a massage session, and planning and educating the clients on therapeutic add ons: himalayan salt stones, cupping, herbal ritual & aroma therapyChecking in with clients during sessions to ensure pressure is adequate at least three times: once within the first 5 minutes, once at the half way point and once during the final 10 minutes.Following the session, debriefing with the clients and make recommendations for clients through the Professional Recommendation Card.Writing accurate and timely SOAP notes prior to leaving studio for the dayArriving on time to studio to ensure proper preparation for clientsBeginning and ending massages on timeFollowing proper draping and prenatal protocolsBeing courteous and professional with all clientsAdhering to studio policies and practicesStaying professional and quiet both inside and outside of massage sessions to ensure the best possible environment for clientsCompleting downtime checklist when not in sessionsDressing in uniform (Studio Dress Code) and refrain from using scented lotions, aromatherapy, or perfumes while on dutyComplete beginning and end of shift room and studio dutiesAssisting with keeping the studio a clean and professional environmentMaintaining licenses, CEU requirements, and carry current liability insuranceComplying with all HIPAA rules and regulations and/or applicable state privacy and security lawsActively participating in staff meetings and communicating with coworkersFollowing the Elements Massage guiding principles to ensure a warm and inviting environment for both clients and staffProviding timely and appropriate communication with studio managementInforming manager of any changes of address/phone, continuing education, etc.Being flexible in a changing environmentQualificationsWhat You Need:Active Massage License (Required)Liability Insurance (Required)Medical/Clinical Massage Therapy ExperiencePositive, driven personalityFlexible & AdaptableStrong Team PlayerMust have availability to work evenings and weekends (at least 1 day during weekend)Prefer prenatal, cupping and other modalities (additional commissions)We are seeking New Graduates, Experienced, and Highly Seasoned TherapistsFriendly, enthusiastic and strong client service skillsParticipate in local studio marketing and various marketing initiatives as necessaryValid driver's licenseComputer proficiency for entering notes in Mind Body SystemMust be authorized to work in the United StatesBenefitsWhat We Offer: - Competitive hourly wage, great tips, enhancement & membership commissions & quarterly bonus - Prime location - minutes from the Star in Frisco - Fun and exciting team, work environment and culture - Online University with educational resources, training, CEUs - Unparalleled career advancement opportunities - State of the art equipment - hydraulic massage tables, Himalayan salt stones, towel warmers, CBD, aromatherapy, cupping, hydrocollator - Support from staff on: client booking, confirmations, laundry, and much more - Focus on therapist self?care and personal well being - On?site and supportive leadershipLegal Disclaimer©2023 Elements Therapeutic Massage, LLC ("ETM").
