Contract Management Office DutiesServes as the Contract Management Office (CMO) focal point providing senior technical assistance and guidance to the operations Group team members regarding complex problems in the quality control area.Provides technical interpretation and implementation of procedures on applicable requirements.Determines the need for and develops procedural guidelines.Investigates the need for and feasibility of changes to establish procedures and devises revisions to alleviate problem areas.Assesses and reports adherence to strategies/procedures and recommends adjustments or independently implements improvements.Determines the impact on current and/or future quality function operations and plans/prepares necessary implementing directives.Provides information and on-the-job training for team quality assurance personnel including refresher courses, new directives and policy, new/changed databases and lessons learned.
