We improve and advance the lives of our employees and the patients who depend on our products.Job DescriptionThe Production Planner manages production schedules for designated product lines, balancing customer requirements with production efficiency. This role requires independent decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to proactively resolve planning challenges.Responsibilities:Develop and optimize detailed production schedules to meet demand forecasts.Analyze capacity constraints and adjust schedules to maximize efficiency.Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to minimize material shortages and delays.Identify risks in the production plan and propose solutions.Participate in daily tier meetings with production to ensure production delays are minimized.Monitor KPIs such as schedule adherence, inventory levels, and on-time delivery. Develop solutions to ensure KPIs are met.Participate in process improvement projects related to planning and scheduling.Coordinate with senior planners with NPI work to ensure OEM production is minimally impacted.Provide mentorship and training to Planner I team members.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, or related field.1-3 years of experience in production planning or supply chain management.Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and data analysis.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, Paid Vacation Days, Paid Holidays, 401kPlease, no recruitment agency calls or emails (we are not using recruitment services for this, or any other role posted).
